Your Support can Move to end ILAJE Sea Incursion

A large portion of the Ilaje Community has been displaced by the ravaging sea surge. We’re calling on Governments, all relevant agencies and well meaning Individuals to come to our rescue and ensure that our town doesn’t go into extintion

An Urgent Call for Your Help

Residents of this community often experience ocean incursion which destroys several houses, schools, churches, markets and businesses. Many residents have fled the area to neighbouring villages and around as a result of these surges. This is gradually making the Ilaje community inhabitable.

With your aid, we can mitigate these and so many other drawbacks. We can implement adaptation and resilience measures, such as coastal defense systems, improved land-use planning and so on.  Read More
